Nicky Macfarlane (FCIM)
Nicky’s experience in business, spans over 25 years leading the growth of brands within the leisure and travel sectors, she is a Portfolio Marketing Director with The Marketing Centre and a co-founder of The Sussex Collaborative.
Throughout her leadership career, Nicky has successfully turned around a number of brands returning them to profitability, through the implementation of financial business planning, product innovation, conversion focused sales development, digital marketing strategy, cultural change and employee engagement. Most recently she led the business turnaround of a Leisure & Education business, ahead of its successful acquisition by a VC backed market competitor.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Nicky is an accomplished marketeer who can support businesses to define clear customer acquisition and retention plans to support their growth ambitions.
Welcoming the opportunity to work with clients to find creative solutions to their business opportunities and challenges, she offers a hands on service for all clients, starting by understanding the business, identifying the strategic options before making recommendations on how to move the business forward.
